Deck

The Captain manages the entire crew and oversees the deck department. The Captain and his senior team members are responsible for safe navigation of the vessel. The rest of the deck team are also responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the exterior of the vessel, making sure that it is always in pristine condition.

They will look after the tenders and toys, take guests out on water sport activities, and be involved with beach set-ups, they are there to ensure that the guests are not only entertained but also safe while out on the water. They look after the on board safety procedures providing safety briefings regarding boat issues, conduct drills and safety training for all crew, in addition to day-to-day watch routines.
