Competent Crew
A competent crewmember would be required for sailors who are looking to build their miles on the water. This role isn’t always paid and for the most part the payment is in terms of gaining seagoing experience, to increase on board opportunities in a career at sea. There would be requirement to assist with watch duties, anchor, and mooring etc.
Salary: Generally speaking this is not a paid position although subsistence may be provided.
