Yacht: 29m M/Y Private and establishing a charter program

Itinerary: Ft. Lauderdale - yard, FLIBS, then charter Bahamas
License Required: Ideally YM; AEC 1 and 2 would be a PLUS.
Confident deck skills, strong tender driving, experience with bridge work/watches, any engineering skills are a HUGE plus.
Requirements:
STCW + Refresher
Marine medical or ENG1 (valid for 6 months)
B1/B2 visa
Any engineering licenses are a plus. (AEC 1 and 2)
Good attitude
Good crew motivator
Works organized
Responsibilities:
Deck duties but willing to assist in the Engine room as well.
Help with bridge work/watches
Tender driving - Grady-white tender 34'
Other: Good communicator, well spoken. Able to work independently and as a team. A solid team leader. To motivate the Deck/Engineer. A solid team player. Captains right hand.
The captain is also a qualified licensed Engineer so you will get some good training.
Family use, the owners have kids, and they enjoy anchor the boat and relax, some watersports, jet skis, beach set ups. Hands on family.They are building a charter program, no charters yet.
It runs with 5 full time crew, captain, 1st mate, chief stew, cook/stew and deckhand. They will hire a chef for longer trips or charters.
They tow a 34' tender.
Salary range: TBD - Good USD
Package: TBD. Standard SEA agreement. Managed by a professional yacht management company. Health insurance, paid leave.
