("Employer Account") means any registered account which is used by Yacht Owners, Captains, Recruitment Agencies, Management Companies and Representatives for the purpose of accessing our membership service called The Yotspot 24/7 Account (crew database). While CB Media Group Ltd makes every effort to limit access to our recruitment software to legitimate users we cannot guarantee that other parties will not gain access. We cannot control the use of your data, profile and CV by third parties who access Yotspot. Important Information about making your profile visible to employers (within "Crew Search")

Crew Search is an important part of the job seeking process and could dramatically increase your chances of securing employment. Crew Search makes your profile visible to Employer Accounts and means they can access your profile even if you have not applied to their role by clicking "I’m interested". You can Opt out of, or Opt in to, "Crew Search" at any time by changing the setting in your profile.

Important Information about your profile and CV

Information posted on your profile and on your CV may be viewed, accessed, downloaded and stored by Employer Accounts around the world, including Employer Accounts in countries outside of the EU and in countries that may not have laws and legislation that guarantees adequate protection and safeguarding of personal information as defined by your country of residence. While CB Media Group Ltd makes every effort to safeguard your information from unauthorized access or inappropriate use, CB Media Group Ltd does not control these third parties and therefore cannot guarantee who has access to your data. We cannot control the retention, privacy or use of your profile, data and CV that has been viewed or downloaded by third parties.
