Summary
We have a private 85m looking for a rotational Head Chef to join the team over the next couple of weeks.
- Single season yacht with a galley team of 3 on board and around 25-30 crew.
- We are looking for a strong leader who will be able to guide the team.
- Both the guests and crew enjoy healthy Mediterranean and Asian inspired food. Further to this, you will need to have a solid understanding of calories, macros and nutrition. If you have had previous land based experience in this particular field then this will go down very well!
- The yacht operates a single season so you will need to be comfortable knowing that you won’t be cooking guest food for the winter months.
- Tight close knit crew on board.
- This is a time for time rotational position.
- They are open to both Male and Female candidates.
- Ships Cook Certificate is essential for this position. No need for US visa.
- The salary for this role is very much dependant on your experience and what you can bring to the table.
