Summary
We have a 70m private M/Y looking for a Sous Chef to join the galley team around the middle of February.
- Galley team of 2, Head Chef & Sous Chef.
- You will have equal involvement with guest food and crew food.
- The owner prefers smaller fresh and healthy dishes.
- Ideally you will have a strong restaurant background with some experience on yachts. They will also consider candidates without yachting experience provided that you have extensive restaurant experience along with previous longevity.
- For this position they are offering a salary of $5,500.
- Full 2:2 rotation on offer.
- You must hold your Ships Cook certificate for this role.
