Summary
We have a 100m+ private M/Y looking for a Sous Chef to join the galley team either on the 18th of January or the 29th of January. This is to work around an upcoming guest trip.
- Galley team of 4, Head Chef, Sous Chef & 2 Crew Chefs.
- You will be working closely with the Head Chef on guest food as well as being responsible for managing the 2 crew chefs.
- You will be required to cook all types of cuisine but the guests prefer light Mediterranean style food as well as Asian and Mexican cuisine.
- The yacht runs a private program and the owners run a family style environment on board.
- For this position they are offering a salary of $7,000.
- Full 2:2 rotation on offer.
