TEMP COOK / STEW – 80FT MOTOR YACHT – PALM BEACH
80ft motor yacht based in Palm Beach, operating a local charter program with occasional trips to the Bahamas.
The vessel will be entering charter for single-day, weekend, and week-long trips. Smaller galley, relaxed onboard environment, and a great opportunity for local crew looking to pick up trips throughout the season. The program is seeking one or two rotating temp Cook/Stews to cover upcoming charters.
This is an ideal position for someone living locally in Palm Beach who wants flexible, short-term work without committing to a full-time schedule.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve meals for owners/charter guests with a focus on fresh, simple, well-executed cuisine
- Provisioning and menu planning appropriate for a smaller galley
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the galley and interior spaces
- Assist with interior service, including cabins, heads, and guest areas
- Support a smooth and professional charter experience for guests
Requirements
- Previous yacht or relevant culinary experience preferred
- Comfortable working in a smaller galley
- Professional, flexible, and guest-focused attitude
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
- Must be based locally or able to commute easily to Palm Beach
- Availability for short-notice and rotating charter trips
Compensation & Details
- Day rate or trip rate depending on charter length
