Temporary Chef position for a private Bahamas trip on a 32M FF Private M/Y
Joining in Fort Lauderdale with cruising in the Bahamas from April 10th – April 30th
Small, experienced crew and relaxed but high-quality service expectations for two owners who enjoy "good food" and open to a range of cuisines.
Position Responsibilities
• Prepare daily meals for owners and crew
• Focus on well-executed, flavorful cuisine rather than overly formal presentation
• Plan menus, provision, and manage the galley independently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient galley
• Coordinate provisioning in Florida before heading to the Bahamas
Candidate Requirements
• Previous yacht chef experience required
• Confident cooking for private owners
• Strong provisioning and menu-planning skills
• Organized, adaptable, and easy to work with
• Available for full contract dates
Compensation
• $500 per day DOE
Candidates already in South Florida and available for in person interviews with take precedence.
