Managing Broker / Sales Team Leader – Yacht Brokerage

Blue Oceans Yachting, powered by Crew Unlimited, is seeking an experienced Managing Broker / Sales Team Leader to lead and expand our Yacht Sales division from our Las Olas Boulevard office in Fort Lauderdale, with an established office in Antibes, France and planned growth across the Mediterranean and key Florida markets.
This role is ideal for a high-performing yacht broker ready to step into senior leadership, build teams, and generate scalable income through override commissions while continuing to close personal deals.
The Role
- Lead an existing team of 10 Florida-based brokers and recruit 10 additional brokers within six months
- Train, mentor, and support brokers across the full yacht sales lifecycle
- Enforce consistent sales processes, CRM usage, and lead follow-up
- Support complex negotiations and high-value transactions
- Recruit and manage brokers in France, Spain, the Mediterranean, and future U.S. markets including Southwest Florida and West Palm Beach
Qualifications
- Florida Yacht, Ship & Brokerage License (2+ years)
- 5+ years of success in luxury yacht sales
- Proven leadership or management experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Established base in South Florida
Compensation & Growth
- 5–10% override commission on team production
- 70% commission on personal transactions
