Summary
We are seeking a permanent skilled Sous/2nd Chef to support the Head Chef aboard a 70m motor yacht based in the United States, with an itinerary in the Caribbean Sea. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving crew meals, ensuring high standards of galley hygiene, and stepping in for the Head Chef when necessary. This role requires a trained cook with at least two years of experience in yachting and upscale restaurants, who can manage kitchen and assist in menu planning while adhering to health and safety standards. Strong communication skills in English, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to operational excellence and guest satisfaction are essential. Candidates must hold valid Ship's Cook certificate, valid STCW, ENG1, and relevant culinary certifications.
