Summary

We are seeking 3 dedicated Deckhands to join our crew on a 70m motor yacht operating in the Caribbean Sea. In this permanent position, you will be responsible for general exterior upkeep, assisting with watersports, and providing support to guests. The ideal candidates will hold a Yachtmaster certification, RYA Powerboat Level 2, and relevant PWC qualifications, along with a valid STCW Basic Safety Training and ENG1 Medical Certificate. A B1/B2 Visa is required, or the ability to obtain one. Strong communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to adapt under pressure are essential. You should present a professional appearance and demonstrate a proactive attitude, working effectively within a multicultural team. Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• MCA Able Seafarer Deck Certificate
• RYA Yachtmaster Coastal Skipper
• MCA Navigational Watch Rating (NWR) Certificate
• MCA Yacht Rating Certificate

STCW Modules (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• Able Seafarer (Yacht/Deck) Rating Certificate II/5
