Summary
We are seeking a skilled Lead Deckhand to join our dedicated team on a 70m motor yacht operating in the Caribbean Sea. In this permanent position, you will support the bosun by mentoring deckhands, overseeing exterior maintenance, assisting with guest services, and driving tenders. The ideal candidate will possess a Yachtmaster certification, RYA Powerboat Level 2. Valid B1/B2 Visa required, alongside a current ENG1 Medical Certificate. Strong communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to adapt under pressure are essential. You should have a well-presented appearance, a proactive attitude, and a strong work ethic to thrive in our multicultural environment. Familiarity with high-standard guest service protocols and safety procedures is required, as a fluency in English, with additional languages being a plus.
