Summary

We are seeking a skilled Dechand/Dive Instructor to join our team on a 70m motor yacht operating in the Caribbean Sea. This permanent role demands a blend of deckhand expertise and professional dive instruction, requiring a valid dive instructor certification and a commitment to safety. The ideal candidate will hold essential certifications, including Yachtmaster, RYA Powerboat Level 2, and an ENG1 Medical Certificate. Strong communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to adapt under pressure are crucial for success in this position. The candidate should be well-presented, possess a proactive attitude, and demonstrate a strong work ethic while collaborating with a multicultural team. Fluency in English is essential, and additional languages are advantageous. A B1/B2 Visa is required, or the ability to obtain one.
