Summary
We are seeking an experienced Executive/Head Chef to lead the culinary operations on a busy charter 70m M/Y. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two seasons' experience in a yacht kitchen, with a strong foundation in international cuisine and a proven ability to tailor menus to guest preferences. Responsibilities include mentoring the sous-chef, designing diverse meal options, and ensuring high standards of food safety and presentation. The role requires excellent communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in a multicultural team environment. Candidates must hold valid STCW Basic Safety Training and ENG1 Medical Certification, alongside the Ship's cook certificate and other relevant professional certifications. Previous experience on 50m+ yachts, fluency in English and a valid B1/B2 Visa or the ability to obtain one are also necessary.
