We are seeking a skilled Bosun to supervise the deck team of a 70m motor yacht based in the United States, operating primarily in the Caribbean Sea. This permanent position entails supervising deck operations, ensuring the maintenance of exterior areas, and overseeing watersports and guest activities. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong leadership capabilities and possess excellent tender driving skills. Required certifications include Yachtmaster, RYA Powerboat Level 2, and valid STCW Basic Safety Training, along with a B1/B2 Visa and ENG1 Medical Certificate. The successful applicant will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, a strong service mindset, and the ability to adapt under pressure in a multicultural environment. A well-presented, proactive attitude and a solid work ethic are essential for fostering a cooperative team atmosphere.

Salary : Up to 5000 Euro DOE.

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)

• MCA Able Seafarer Deck Certificate
• RYA Yachtmaster Offshore
• RYA Yachtmaster Coastal Skipper
• MCA Yacht Rating Certificate

STCW Modules (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• Able Seafarer (Yacht/Deck) Rating Certificate II/5
• Proficiency in Survival Craft & Rescue Boats (PSCRB) (A-VI/2 1-4)
• Proficiency in Medical First Aid (A-VI/4 1-3)
