Summary
Reiya Group is currently seeking a Chief Officer to join a 60m private motor yacht with a world cruising itinerary. This position offers an excellent opportunity to join a hands-on, close-knit crew and be part of an exciting private program with exceptional owners.
The successful candidate will be an experienced and proactive Chief Officer who thrives in a dynamic, adventure-driven environment. This role requires strong leadership, excellent deck management skills and a passion for delivering the highest standards of safety and seamanship.
Requirements:
- Chief Mate 3000gt certification (minimum).
- Previous experience as Chief Officer on yachts of similar size (55m–65m+).
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a deck team.
- Solid navigational, ISM, and maintenance knowledge.
- Experience cruising the Pacific is highly advantageous.
- Interest or experience in diving or fishing beneficial.
- Professional, dedicated and eager to commit long-term to a strong crew culture.
