Summary
Reiya Group is currently seeking a Deckhand / Divemaster to join a 100m+ private/charter motor yacht with a world cruising itinerary. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable, well-known vessel with a solid, professional crew and an exciting global program.
The position is predominantly deck-focused, however the successful candidate will take sole responsibility for all dive operations when guests are onboard. This is an excellent role for a motivated, hands-on individual who is confident both on deck and in the water, with a passion for guest interaction and adventure.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience on 70m+ yachts
- Dive Instructor / Divemaster certification (PADI or equivalent)
- Strong tender driving skills and proven deck knowledge
- Confident managing and guiding guest dives independently
- Positive, professional and team-oriented attitude
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with all deck operations including washdowns, maintenance, mooring and anchoring
- Operating and maintaining tenders and water toys
- Planning, setting up and executing guest dive operations safely and professionally
- Maintaining dive equipment, logs and safety standards
- Supporting guest water sports activities and shore excursions as required
- Upholding the highest standards of seamanship, safety and service onboard
