Burgess recruitment are urgently seeking a temporary Crew chef to join an 80m Motor Yacht
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Crew Chef on large yachts
- Ability to produce fresh, healthy, and well-balanced meals within budget and time constraints
- Strong organisational skills
- Confidence in menu planning, provisioning, and maintaining stock levels
- Valid STCW, ENG1, and Food Hygiene Level 2
- Energetic and positive team player
- Flexible and adaptable
- High standards of cleanliness and food safety
Start: 31 August till 16 September
Salary: USD 240 per day (inclusive of leave)
