Summary
Burgess Recruitment is currently seeking an Interior Manager for an 80m+ private/charter motor yacht.
We are looking for a highly experienced and professional Interior Manager to join the team on board a prestigious 80m+ vessel. The successful candidate will demonstrate proven longevity on similar-sized yachts, excellent leadership ability, and the skills to oversee all aspects of the interior department, ensuring the highest standards of guest service and crew management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role on yachts of comparable size (private/charter)
- Proven track record managing busy programs and large interior teams
- All maritime certification up to date, including refreshers
- Valid B1/B2 visa (essential, as the vessel will cross to the US over Christmas)
- Other relevant visas valid and in place
- Strong, contactable references
Start : Around 25 November
Salary: €8,480 per month (subject to annual increases)
Rotation: 8 weeks on / 8 weeks off
Bonus: Performance-based bonus scheme
Training: Supported and offered for career progression (repaid 1 year post-training)
Flights: Business class flights after 2 years in position
