Role Overview
We are currently seeking a Seasonal Second Stewardess to join a 32m private/charter motor yacht operating in the Mediterranean for the 2026 season.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and hands-on interior crew member who enjoys working in a small, dynamic team. The role is primarily focused on housekeeping and service, while also requiring some basic cooking skills, as the Second Stewardess will step in as crew chef during the Chef’s time off (approximately 3 weeks across the summer season).
The yacht is Valencia based and operates a busy Mediterranean program.
Key Requirements
- Minimum one full season experience in a similar role on a comparable-sized yacht
- Strong housekeeping and service skills with excellent attention to detail
- Basic cooking skills and confidence preparing simple, healthy crew meals when required
- Ability to work independently and within a small team environment
- Positive attitude, flexibility and strong work ethic
- Previous charter experience is advantageous
Role Breakdown
- Primary duties: Housekeeping and service (majority of the role)
- Secondary duties: Preparing crew meals for approximately 3 weeks during the Chef’s leave in summer
- Supporting the Chief Stewardess to maintain smooth and efficient interior operations
Salary & Package
Salary: €3,000 DOE + tips
Contract: Seasonal – End of March to End of October 2026
Program: Mediterranean – Valencia based
This position would suit a well-organised and proactive stewardess who enjoys a varied role and is comfortable stepping into the galley for crew meals when needed.
