We are seeking an exceptional and highly experienced Sole Chef to join a 40m private motor yacht operating exclusively in the Mediterranean.
This is a refined, health-conscious private program for dynamic and internationally minded Owners. The ideal candidate will bring strong Mediterranean expertise, a modern culinary approach, and a natural understanding of balanced, nutritious cuisine.
The Owners value wellness, quality ingredients, and clean flavours — we are looking for a Chef who shares this philosophy and can create thoughtful, seasonal menus without unnecessary complexity.
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience as Sole Chef on 40m+ private yachts
• Strong Mediterranean background with emphasis on fresh, seasonal product
• Confident delivering healthy, balanced, nutrient-focused meals
• Experience catering to high-profile, lifestyle-driven Owners
• Dog friendly.
• Enjoys working within a close-knit, family-oriented program
Your Focus:
• Create refined yet wholesome menus aligned with a wellness-forward lifestyle
• Maintain consistency and high standards throughout the season
• Manage provisioning efficiently across Mediterranean ports
• Work closely with the Captain and interior team to ensure seamless service
• Uphold impeccable hygiene and galley organisation
Salary: 7,500- 8,500 (DOE)
SEA contract
Certificates Required: STCW | ENG1 | Food & Hygiene Level
Schengen if applicable
