Head Chef – Charter 60m M/Y
An exciting opportunity for a talented and driven Head Chef to join a busy dual-season charter motor yacht currently in the British Virgin Islands. This is a fast-paced, guest-focused program looking for a creative chef who thrives under pressure and enjoys delivering high-end cuisine for charter guests. If you are passionate about food, well-organised, and confident running a galley independently, we would love to hear from you.
Start date: 20 March
Itinerary: British Virgin Islands / Mediterranean (dual season)
Package: Salary paid in Euros, rotational position 2:2
Experience/Skills required:
• Minimum 1 year’s experience as Head Chef on charter yachts of similar size
• Strong background in high-end, guest-focused cuisine
• Confident managing all galley operations including provisioning and budgeting
• Able to cater to a variety of dietary requirements and themed charter requests
• Calm, organised, and able to perform well during busy charter schedules
Qualifications required:
• Culinary trained (recognised culinary qualification)
• STCW (fully updated)
• Seafarer's Medical Certificate
• B1/B2 Visa
• Seaman’s Discharge Book (preferred)
