Female chef required due to cabin arrangements.
Start 1st April to the end of September
The yacht usually cruises the Balearics, Sardinia, and the South of France.
The chef should be confident in authentic Mediterranean cuisines and also other cuisines, with a focus on homemade items like breads, pasta, ice cream, and granola. Work to give market-driven menus and adapt to seasonal and local produce.
No overcomplicating food, as the owners like balanced, flavorful meals without unnecessary components.
Able to adjust menus at the last minute or to dietary requests.
Prepare meals for 2-5 guests on average, with the occasional short burst of up to 12 guests.
Provide healthy, satisfying meals for a crew of 5.
Be able to deliver both casual family style and fine dining plated meals that are elegant and straightforward.
Keep and operate a clean ,well-managed, well-equipped modern galley.
The chef should be confident in all methods of cooking and be a good all rounder and keep a calm well organised galley.
1-month trial period
5 day working week without guests
7 day working week with guests
MCA contract through Malta
Salary is €5,500 to €7000 per month DOE
