Male chef wanted due to cabin arrangements

The yacht has a busy summer schedule but from October to March the yacht stays in the Med and is unused.
The chef will mainly be looking after the crew, but will be required to assist when the owners and guests are onboard.
The cooking schedule during the summer season is divided evenly among the Head Chef and Sous Chef
The candidate should be a good all rounder and confident in international cuisines.
Dynamic crew so the chef should be able to mix in this environment.
The crew like healthy well prepared food and are used to variety,
There is a good budget for the crew food.
The candidate should be well organised, clean and passioante about cooking.
13th month salary is a bonus after a qualifying period.
Flights and travel to and from the yacht are covered
