Deckhand role available onboard a 50m Private Motor Yacht currently based in Spain cruising the Mediterranean for the season

We are seeking a motivated, hands-on, and enthusiastic Deckhand to join a well-structured 50m private motor yacht operating a Mediterranean summer program. This is an excellent opportunity for a career-driven deckhand looking to develop within a strong and professional deck team.
You will be joining an already established deck team working alongside a Chief Officer, Bosun and Chase Boat Captain. The program values teamwork, professionalism, and a positive onboard culture.
You will be responsible for exterior maintenance, washdowns, detailing, mooring operations, tender driving, and assisting with guest activities and water sports. A strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and positive attitude are essential. Good longevity in previous roles is highly preferred.
Qualifications and requirements:
• all certificates up to date
• PWC or PWC instructor, YM ( Ideally), PADI, AEC 1&2 ( mandatory)
• Minimum 1 year experience on 50m+ vessels
• Strong deck maintenance skills and knowledge of mooring operations
• Large Tender driving experience
• Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
• Must be familiar with jet skis
• Positive attitude and strong team player
• Good longevity in previous roles preferred
• Male candidates due to cabin arrangements
