Summary
Chef required onboard a 98ft New Build Sail Yacht
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full management and operation of the galley, delivering high-quality, fresh, and creative cuisine for both guests and crew. You will be confident working independently in a compact galley, maintaining excellent hygiene standards, and provisioning efficiently for varied itineraries. The vessel is scheduled for launch in May, and the Chef may be required to attend prior to delivery to assist with galley setup.
The yacht will run with 4 crew.
Qualifications and requirements:
• Valid and up-to-date STCW, ENG1, and Food Safety & Hygiene certification
• Proven experience as a Sole Chef onboard sailing yachts of a similar size
• Sailing experience is essential
• Strong ability to provision, budget, and manage stock effectively
• Confident catering for guests with varied dietary requirements and preferences
• Experience with Mediterranean and international cuisine preferred
• Ability to produce high-quality crew meals alongside guest service
• Excellent organization and time management skills in a compact galley environment
• Calm under pressure with a flexible, can-do attitude
• Strong hygiene standards and attention to detail
• Positive mindset and ability to work collaboratively within a small crew environment
