Summary
Sole Stewardess required onboard a 98ft New Build Sail Yacht
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full management and organization of the interior, ensuring high standards of housekeeping, service, and guest care. As the sole stewardess, you will be confident working independently and creating a welcoming, well-run interior environment. The vessel is scheduled for launch in May, and the Stewardess may be required to attend the shipyard prior to delivery to assist with interior setup and preparation.
The yacht will run with 4 crew.
Qualifications and requirements:
• Valid and up-to-date STCW, ENG1, and relevant interior certifications
• Proven experience as a Stewardess onboard sailing yachts of a similar size
• Sailing experience is essential
• Ability to confidently manage and organize the interior independently
• Strong housekeeping, laundry, and silver service skills
• Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and strong work ethic
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a small team environment
• Keen eye for detail and pride in maintaining high interior standards
