Experienced Deckhand role available onboard a high-standard +60m Private Motor Yacht
***Please do not apply if you don't have at least 2 full seasons experience on a yacht over 55m
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Deckhand to join a professionally run, private yacht with a strong family focus. The vessel operates to very high standards and offers a structured, supportive deck department. This is an excellent opportunity for a career-minded deckhand who enjoys responsibility, guest interaction, and working within a close-knit, professional team.
You will be an integral part of the deck team, contributing to daily operations, maintenance, and guest activities.
The program is family-oriented, with a strong emphasis on safety, seamanship, and positive guest interaction, particularly with children of all ages.
Qualifications and requirements:
• all certificates up to date
• working towards Yacht Master
• Good tender driving skills and strong water sports background; confident assisting guests of all ages
• Min 2 seasons experience on a +55m yacht
• Excellent interaction with children – calm, engaging, and safety-focused
