101ft Motor Yacht – Charter Chef Position
A 101ft motor yacht is seeking an experienced Charter Chef to join a busy and well-established charter program. This position is not open to green chefs.
The yacht runs a minimum of 12 charters per season and has many long-standing repeat charter clients. The vessel operates year-round in the Bahamas, with an annual yard period in Florida.
The owners are wonderful, generous, and outgoing, and they genuinely care about their yacht and crew, creating a positive and professional onboard environment.
Requirements:
- Proven charter chef experience
- Ability to produce a wide range of cuisines for both charter guests and owners
- Strong skills in high-pace charter cooking
- Excellent menu planning and provisioning knowledge
- Ability to manage fast provisioning turnarounds
- Flexible, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Comfortable working in a busy, high-expectation charter program
