Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess for a private and charter program aboard a 55m. The yacht is owned by two brothers who grew up in yachting under the guidance of their father, a seasoned yacht owner. The program operates primarily in Florida and the Bahamas.
The vessel has significantly more exterior deck space than interior, making a three-person interior team ideal. This is a full-time, non-rotational position. The captain is fair and flexible and, when the schedule allows, supports crew time off.
The yacht will remain in Florida through the end of February, with an owner trip planned for March and a potential charter in April. The vessel may stay in the Bahamas during this period.
Crew:
- 3 interior crew
- 10 full-time crew total
- Shared cabin with a member of the interior team
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as Chief Stewardess on yachts of similar size
- Strong charter experience required
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and guest service skills
- Ability to maintain high standards within a small interior team
