Private US-flagged yacht based in North Palm Beach (near Jupiter) seeking an experienced Yacht Chef for a light-use, hospitality-focused program. Operations consist mainly of day and evening cruises, with short Bahamas trips only (weekend or a few days). No long passages.
Crew of 5–6 full-time. The Chef will run the galley independently. The yacht is completing a major interior refit, and the incoming Chef should be ready to step in immediately, set up the galley, manage provisioning, and establish systems to a high standard.
Owners are hospitality industry leaders, having founded and grown several well-known restaurants across the USA. They are passionate about food, service, and entertaining.

- Mrs. Owner is warm, bubbly, and loves to entertain, especially hosting lively dinner parties onboard.
This role is ideal for a Chef who loves to cook for people, enjoys interactive and social dining experiences, and can adapt style and energy—turning it up for fun dinner parties or dialing it back for relaxed owner days. Creativity, confidence, and the ability to read the room are key.
Owner use: approx. 5 days per month, with downtime between trips.
