Summary
TYS Recruitment is seeking an experienced Rotational Chief Stewardess to join a world-cruising 60m sailing yacht. This is a highly regarded, owner-focused program with an adventurous, outdoors-led ethos and exceptional crew longevity. The vessel has spent the past several years circumnavigating the globe and continues to operate an active, varied itinerary with both private and select charter use.
The owners are hands-on, energetic, and value professionalism, discretion, and a calm, respectful onboard culture. This role works closely with a long-standing Senior Chief Stewardess to ensure continuity in leadership style, standards, and team culture.
Package
- Salary: €6,000
- Rotation: 10-week rotation
- Extras: €1,500 annual training allowance
- Bonus: 13th-month bonus

The Itinerary
Current: Caribbean season
Spring: USA cruising, including Miami & New York
Summer: Mediterranean season with charters
Winter: Brazil for Christmas & New Year
2027: South Pacific
The program includes large-scale events, remote destinations, and frequent owner use.
The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a kind, confident, and emotionally intelligent Chief Stewardess who leads by example and thrives in a hands-on role. This position suits someone who values collaboration over hierarchy and enjoys supporting, mentoring, and elevating an interior team rather than rebuilding systems.
You should be comfortable representing the vessel, hosting guests, and maintaining high service standards across both private and charter trips.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Chief Stewardess
- Experience managing a team of 3+ stewardesses
- Previous charter experience is essential
- Confident across mixed service styles, including family-style, plated, and silver service
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
