Salary: €4,500 – €5,500 (DOE)
Leave: 4:2 Rotation
Start Date: ASAP (Must be ready for Feb 16th trip)
Location: Greece
Experience: 4–6 years in the industry; newly qualified OOW

We are seeking a Second Officer who is looking for a long-term home and an excellent work/life balance. This role is ideal for a newly qualified OOW who is eager to move up within a supportive environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate a kind, team-oriented attitude, easy-going personality that fits well with a fun crew.
Key Requirements: The candidate must be highly capable in bridge watches and confident in tender operations, specifically with a 38ft tender and 7m inflatable. Experience with watersports, anchoring for guest use, and watch experience is essential. As this is a guest-facing role, you must be comfortable chaperoning guests ashore and maintaining high standards of service and safety during owner trips.
The Program: This is a "high standards, low drama" private yacht based primarily in Greece. While the itinerary focuses on day trips and isn't a high-speed global explorer, the vessel offers incredible stability and treats its crew exceptionally well. The ownership is a kind, large family who enjoy a relaxed yet professional atmosphere. Current crew longevity is outstanding, with the Engineer and Chef onboard for 10 and 8 years respectively, and the previous Second Officers staying for 3–4 years.
Leadership & Culture: You will be joining a mellow and respectful bridge team. The Chief Officer remains hands-on with the deck team. The crew environment is collaborative and social, with 14–15 crew.
Itinerary: Primarily based in Greece with approximately 80 days of owner usage per year. Potential plans include transits to the Azores and the UK, offering a change of scenery for a long-term candidate.
