Summary
TYS Recruitment is seeking an experienced, proactive 2nd Stewardess to join a 60m Expedition Motor Yacht. This is a unique opportunity to join a vessel known for its incredible itinerary, high-standard service, and a crew culture built on mutual respect and "no-drama" collaboration.
Starting 25th February in Antigua, you will embark on an extraordinary itinerary including Bermuda, New York, and potentially Greenland, before heading through the Panama Canal.
The Role
We are looking for a versatile professional who leads by example. You will be a key support to the Chief Stewardess, taking ownership of:
- Administration: Uniform orders, provisioning, and inventory management.
- Service: Leading family-style, silver service, and synchronized service with a calm, guest-focused demeanor.
- Versatility: A true team player who thrives in a "all hands on deck" environment across laundry, housekeeping, and service.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience: Several years of high-level yachting experience.
- Maturity & Temperament: A calm, ego-free professional who values a harmonious "sisterhood" environment.
- Interests: A passion for health, fitness, or sailing is a significant plus; this crew loves hiking, Pilates, and exploring together!
- Requirements: Due to cabin arrangements, this position is open to female applicants.
