TYS Recruitment is seeking a 3rd steward on a 55m private motor yacht currently in the USA.

The right candidate should ideally have at least 2 seasons of yachting experience on vessels of a similar size. The interior team consists of 4 stews, and you will rotate through housekeeping, laundry, and service onboard. Proficiency in housekeeping and laundry is required. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player who enjoys spending time with the tight-knit crew onboard. The boat will remain in the USA in a yard period for the next 3 months.
The owner onboard has a laid-back American family of six, with children from late teens to mid-20s. They enjoy a relaxed and friendly program with the crew, which includes a lot of fishing. The HODs and Captain have incredible longevity onboard and a fantastic Chief Stew who enjoys providing onboard training to her team. Someone who enjoys an outdoor lifestyle is excited to explore new places and doesn’t mind taking on fishing and surfing adventures with the crew would be a perfect fit for this team.
