Key Requirements
- Essential: 50m+ yacht chef experience, charter background preferred
- Valid STCW, ENG1, Food & Hygiene Level 3, B1/B2 visa and or Schengen if needed
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to handle busy periods with quick turnarounds
- Experience with diverse dietary needs and international cuisines
The Role
Exciting opportunity for an experienced sous Chef to join a stunning 57m with excellent crew retention and a close-knit team culture. The yacht operates approximately 6 charters per year, in addition to owners' usage, with a dedicated crew. This is a wonderful program, looking for someone to commit long-term. This would be a great fit for a chef seeking a balance between a great owner and the ability to move through the gears to create unforgettable experiences for charter guests on board.
Winter Program: Caribbean charters and private owner trips.
