The Candidate Specification
We are seeking a Deckhand to join a well-run private yacht offering excellent living conditions and a professional yet relaxed onboard atmosphere. While the vessel is operated to high standards, there is a great work-life balance, with downtime enjoyed through crew activities such as football, darts, and Xbox.
The yacht is ideal for someone into fitness, with access to a large onboard gym. All training is paid for, making this an excellent platform to learn, develop, and progress within the industry.
We are open to candidates with prior experience, provided they have sufficient sea time for their Navigational Watch Rating. This role suits a career-driven deckhand who takes pride in maintaining high standards, thrives in a structured deck team, and is confident across all core deck operations.
A proactive attitude, strong reliability, and the ability to integrate positively into the crew are essential.
