The Candidate Specification
We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-rounded Spa/Housekeeper to join the interior team on board a large yacht cruising the Mediterranean. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, guest interaction, and being part of a high-functioning interior team.
The role sits primarily within the Housekeeping department, reporting directly to the Lead Housekeeper for daily tasking and organisation. However, when guests are onboard, the yacht's owners and guests love their spa treatments, so you will also work alongside one other Spa Stewardess, delivering a high standard of spa services.
We are seeking an all-rounder Spa Stew - someone who is confident and competent in the spa environment. If your spa skills are strong and your housekeeping experience is limited but you're keen to learn, we would still love to hear from you. Equally, if you bring a solid housekeeping background with spa confidence, this role offers a great balance of both.
Under the guidance of the Lead Housekeeper, you will help maintain exceptional standards across all guest and crew areas. The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a positive attitude and the ability to integrate seamlessly into a professional, multi-national crew.
