This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and hard-working Deckhand to join a yacht with a strong family-style crew culture. The team onboard values teamwork, excellence and consistently going above and beyond to create exceptional and memorable guest experiences. The ideal candidate will be confident, proactive and ready to hit the ground running, with a solid foundation in deck operations and a positive, can-do attitude.
A strong knowledge of deck products and basic maintenance is essential, along with previous experience on guest trips and charter operations. Jet tender driving experience is required, and the successful candidate will be professional, guest-focused, and always willing to go the extra mile. Social confidence, a positive mindset, and a genuine desire to integrate into the crew both on and off duty are key to thriving in this role.
- Required experience: Minimum of 2 seasons' experience with at least 1 year in the same position
- Qualification: STCW, ENG1
- Required Visa: Schengen Visa or EU Passport (B1/B2 an advantage)
