The Candidate Specification
We are currently seeking an experienced Deckhand to join a 70M+ private yacht operating within a sales programme. This role sits within the yacht's sales team and is not part of the wider fleet operations. The ideal candidate will be professional, presentation-focused, and confident working on a vessel that will be actively engaged in viewings and high-profile events. A background in carpentry is highly desirable, along with strong deck maintenance skills and exceptional tender driving ability. Longevity and a career-driven mindset are essential, as this role requires consistency, reliability, and pride in maintaining the yacht to an immaculate standard at all times.
- Required experience: 2+ Years Yachting Experience, Carpentry experience is highly desirable.
