The Candidate Specification
We are seeking a Stewardess with a minimum 1 years expereince to join a new 55m private yacht entering a dual-season program. This is a guest-focused role suited to someone energetic and personable, as the owner uses the yacht frequently and hosts guests regularly.
The yacht will be in the shipyard until May, with the summer season commencing shortly thereafter.
Candidates must be comfortable across all areas of the interior, as the three-person interior team will rotate responsibilities between service, housekeeping and laundry. A career-driven mindset, strong work ethic, and positive attitude are key, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to support an active, health-conscious onboard lifestyle.
This position is ideally suited to someone positive, adaptable, and enthusiastic about joining a busy new-build environment while contributing to a dynamic, wellness-oriented crew culture.
