Itinerary (2026 – subject to change):Season runs from April to October, starting with induction in Palma, followed by a crossing to Corfu, summer cruising between Greece and Italy, and a return to Palma for late summer and autumn family use.
We are seeking a Solo Stewardess/Cook to join a private 23m motor yacht for the 2026 season. This is a hands-on but supportive role, working closely with the Captain and owners. While you will be the sole crew member responsible for interior service, the family and guests are very hands-on and assist with tasks such as cooking, serving, and table setting. Expectations are realistic, and this is a calm, family-oriented environment.
Salary
- EUR 3,500/month, negotiable for a highly skilled and experienced candidate ( up to 4,000 euros)
- Lower salary range considered for a junior / 1-season Stewardess
Key Responsibilities
- Interior service: housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, stock management
- Meal and drink preparation: breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks & cocktails
- (family-style cooking – enjoyment of cooking is important)
- Assisting on deck as required: line handling, mooring, casting off, general deck duties
- Supporting the smooth daily operation of the yacht in cooperation with the Captain
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Solo Stewardess on yachts or in upscale hospitality
- Confident with meal preparation and service
- Basic deckhand skills and solid seamanship
- STCW (or equivalent safety certificates)
- ENG1 or valid fit-for-duty marine medical
- Valid EU passport or valid residence/visa permitting legal work in Europe
- Private health insurance required
*Preference for candidates who lives in Palma as not required to live on board when the ship is in its home port.
