Program Details: This is a very scheduled program - Light owner usage - mostly US East Coast cruising

We operate with 6 -7 crew and the chef would do lunch and dinner for the crew and lunch for any dayworkers we might have that day. Up to 8 guests; sometimes will entertain with a large number of guests.

We have great owners, friendly and really want the crew to enjoy their jobs.

Casual and very limited formal service. We prefer someone that can be creative with healthy but flavorful spa cuisine but yet be able to create some "junk food" on occasion. Ability to be flexible and communicate with the owners to find out what they would like that given day (within the limits of provisions).

Our owners are very informal and currently do lots of buffet style meals. They are open to ideas and love good food. When entertaining you would be more creative and formal.

Requirements: Legal to work in the US on a US flagged vessel.

Must have at least a season of experience on yachts.

Most important is a good personality and able to get along with the crew. A happy, positive and outgoing personality. A healthy lifestyle, light drinking habits is preferred.

The crew work as a team so must be willing to help in other areas of the boat when needed. This is a family style atmosphere with both the crew - your team, and the owners.
