Silver Swan is currently working with a UHNW family based in Monaco to help them hire an experienced and flexible Housekeeper / Cook for their private apartment. This is a key, long-term role within a discreet household, suited to a candidate who enjoys variety and takes pride in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of a refined home environment.
The family reside in a spacious three-bedroom flat, where the focus of the role is more on food preparation and household support than heavy cleaning. The successful candidate will be responsible for Asian-style home cooking, daily errands, and maintaining exceptionally high standards of care throughout the property, including precious materials, finishes, clothing, and textiles.
This position can be offered on a live-in or live-out basis. For the right live-in candidate, independent accommodation can be rented nearby. The family also spend time at their home in St Moritz, with occasional travel required for short stays of approximately 10 days during the ski season.

Responsibilities:
- Preparing daily meals with a strong focus on Asian cuisine
- Planning menus and carrying out food shopping and deliveries
- Running household errands, including shopping and collections
- Maintaining the apartment to immaculate standards
- Caring for delicate finishes, fine furnishings, clothing, and textiles
- Light housekeeping duties as required, with emphasis on presentation rather than deep cleaning
- Walking and caring for the family’s small King Charles Spaniel
- Assisting with general household organisation and support
- Driving for errands and household needs when required
- Supporting the Principals during periods of travel, including St Moritz stays
- Working flexibly to meet the needs of the household
- Maintaining discretion and professionalism at all times
Ideal Candidate:
- Must hold an EU passport/Right to work in Monaco
- Must have strong Asian cooking skills
- Proven longevity in previous private household roles
- Non-smoker and non-drinker
- Confident driver with a valid driving licence
- Experienced in caring for high-value homes and belongings
- Calm, loyal, and flexible in approach
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
Package:
- Working schedule: 5 days a week
- Live-in or live-out position
- Independent accommodation provided for live-in option
- Salary: €38,000 - €48,000 Annually DOE and accommodation set up
