Silver Swan is currently working with a UHNW family based in SW1 to assist with the appointment of an experienced temporary nanny to support their three school-aged children. This is a fast-paced household requiring a confident, organised nanny who can oversee daily routines, school commitments and extracurricular schedules with ease.
The family home is a busy, informal environment with a full household team in place, including a chef, housekeepers and a family PA. Administrative matters are managed by the PA, with close liaison required with the nanny to ensure schedules and arrangements run smoothly.
This is an urgent requirement for an initial period of four weeks. The position is based across a multi-storey townhouse, therefore a high level of fitness is essential.

Responsibilities:
- Providing attentive care and supervision for three children
- Managing after-school routines, activities, clubs and tutor schedules
- Collecting children from school and escorting them to extracurricular activities
- Ensuring school uniforms are prepared and school bags packed daily
- Overseeing and maintaining the children’s weekly schedules
- Encouraging good manners, independence and age-appropriate responsibility
- Ensuring children tidy up after themselves and keeping communal areas organised
- Liaising closely with the family PA regarding schedules and logistics
- Supporting homework routines where required
- Maintaining a calm, structured presence within a busy household
- Upholding discretion and professionalism at all times
Ideal Candidate:
- Must hold the right to live and work in the UK
- Must be based in London
- Experienced nanny with a background in UHNW or private households
- Confident managing multiple children and busy schedules
- Fit and energetic, comfortable working across a multi-level property
- Fluent English speaker
- Organised, proactive and able to work at pace
- Warm, calm and authoritative approach
- Flexible and reliable with a team-focused mindset

Package:
- Working schedule:
- Monday – Thursday: 15:00 – 20:00
- Friday: 14:00 – 20:00
- Every other weekend: Saturday & Sunday 09:00 – 18:00
- Salary: £300 net per day during weekdays and £400 net during the weekend
- Start Date: ASAP
