Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Bosun to join a 43-meter motor yacht currently based in San Diego, CA. The vessel will spend the summer season in Alaska fishing, then head to Fort Lauderdale for a paint job/shipyard period, followed by Caribbean/Bahamas Charter Seasons.

Requirements:
- Proven fishing experience is essential
- Yachtmaster Coastal (or equivalent)
- Confident driving and managing a 32ft Axopar tender
- Strong deck operations, maintenance, and tender-handling skills
- Hard-working, positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Professional, self-motivated, focused, and team-oriented
- Ideal Candidate:
- Leads by example and maintains high standards on deck
- Previous experience fishing in Alaska
- Adaptable, reliable, and eager to be part of an active, evolving program
