ROTATIONAL SOUS CHEF 80M+
This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Sous Chef to join an 80m+ private yacht this spring. Working closely with an experienced Head Chef in a tight-knit galley team of two, this role offers high standards, structure and strong mentorship.
The role:
- Prepare high-quality, healthy crew meals for 25+ crew on a daily basis
- Support the Head Chef with guest food, with a strong focus on desserts, breads, and pastries
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient galley at all times
- Work collaboratively with the Head Chef to ensure smooth day-to-day galley operations.
- Private program with lovely owners!
- Start date: Start of March
What we’re looking for:
- Strong background in high-end restaurants
- Minimum 2 years’ experience on similar-sized yachts (60m+)
- Confident baking and pastry skills (essential)
- Creative, motivated, and keen to continue developing
- Calm, professional, and drama-free approach
- Flexible team player comfortable working in a small, close-knit galley
