ROTATIONAL HEAD CHEF 90M+ MY
A standout opportunity for a seasoned Head Chef to join a high-profile 90m charter vessel in March. This is a leadership-driven role for a confident and collaborative Chef, within an established charter program.
The role:
- Oversee all aspects of galley operations, standards, and guest experience.
- Lead, manage, and mentor an experienced team of Sous Chefs and Third Chefs (the whole team is on full rotation).
- Set the culinary direction for guest and charter service, maintaining consistency at the highest level.
- Operate within a fast-paced charter environment with high-profile clients.
- Busy program with a very strong summer 2026 already booked.
- Start date: Early March 2026
What we’re looking for:
- 7+ years’ cooking experience in high-end restaurants and/or large yacht programs
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience as Head Chef on a 65m+ yacht
- Ideally proven experience leading teams of 3+ chefs
- Previous experience on 80m+ vessels strongly preferred
- Confident across a wide range of cuisines and dietary requirements
- Professional, calm leader with a collaborative management style
