Summary
SOUS CHEF 60M MY
We are looking for a Sous Chef to join a dual season busy charter/private MY in the Caribbean. You must have your B1B2 in hand to be considered for this role.
Requirements:
- Your role will focus on cooking for the crew onboard as well as assisting the Head Chef with guest food. The Head Chefs are very talented with particularly strong skills in pastry so there is lots of knowledge that can be shared.
- You will have at least a year's of experience on a 60m+ vessel and ideally a restaurant background too.
- You will be responsible for keeping the healthy and active crew well fed, there is a great team onboard!
Package/Details:
- Ideally joining as soon as possible (ideally by the end of January).
- Busy season ahead across the US and Bahamas.
- Equal share of tips.
- $6,000 pm
- 60 days leave allowance
